Every year I love to challenge myself a little. In 2022 I plan to make 22 different soups. Some will be fancy, some will be simple. All of them will be different. My only self criteria is that I can’t have made that same recipe before.
I asked my Facebook community for soup suggestions and I have a good number of soups and recipes to draw on. I’ve mentioned my quest to my friends and been given more soup ideas. My friend Teresa has even printed out recipes for me.
So far I have made three soups. I'll post about each and I'll be keeping a running list ranking my soups.
I know I will be making a batch of Texas Chili and Thai Tom Kah soup. I'm also going to be making my own beef bone broth this weekend. If I can find an organic chicken I'll do a batch of chicken broth and chicken bone broth.
