With this post, I'm all caught up with my blog posts about burgers!
I was craving a cheeseburger so I decided to make a butter burger and add Munster and Gouda cheese. I served it with grilled onions and I had mine on fresh organic lettuce and Tim had his on an onion roll.
Tim said this was the second best burger I made this year. I nailed the medium burger and the addition of cheese all melted on top of lettuce and onions with a little bit of mayonnaise and Japanese BBQ sauce made this a winner!
