This is modeled on Culver's butter burger. I have had one of their burgers before and the meat was so moist so I had to try it!
80/20 ground beef, grass fed butter, and my trusted cast iron pan made for a great burger.
I served it with lettuce, tomato, onion, on a bun for Tim and on GF bread for me.
Tim and I both agree, butter does make the burger better!
