I've decided to ask friends what their favorite burger is, and re-create them. My friend Russ works at Bar 21 in Copperhill. I was visiting and asked him to describe his favorite burger. I almost drooled as he described it.
Basically, it's an 80/20 wagon patty topped with Tillamook cheddar cheese and bacon onion, onion roll. The only other condiments were pickles and mayonnaise.
It was amazing! 5 our of 5 stars. I'm beginning to think that mayonnaise is the ultimate hamburger condiment
