I love meatloaf! Since this is the year of the burger, I decided to make a meatloaf burger.
Basically, I used my favorite meatloaf recipe, added an extra egg, and cooked it up as burgers. The actual burger was great. The sauce was just meh.
The grilled onions and grilled mushrooms were fabulous as were the mashed potatoes. I've decided, it's the sauce that makes the burger.
Overall, I give this 3.5 out of 5 stars.
