I'll start off by saying that cooked tuna is not Tim's favorite meal. But, I know he likes it better than soup. He gave this burger a 4.5 out of 5!
This was easy to put together. My 3 cans of wild caught tuna produced 6 burgers. Enough for 3 meals. I followed this recipe for the burger and the sauce (I followed their recipe for a classic remoulade sauce). I had all ingredients for the burgers but had to buy a red onion and a tomato for the final build. I served this with a cilantro lime cabbage salad.
A definite 4.5 out of 5 stars. The remoulade sauce was amazing and I will be making that again for my next fish based meal. I also used it on some eggs and it was great there too!
