Burger 17 Katie Burger

Daughter Katie described her favorite burger as the following: Burger patty, cheese (probably pepper jack or provolone), tomato, arugula, pickles, onions, ketchup, and mustard.

Once again, I used an 80/20 grass fed ground beef. I also used a brioche bun since I had them leftover from Daniel's burger. The arugula was hard to find, and my friend Jake got me some while he was in Chattanooga.

I used pepperjack cheese, and that with the arugula, gave it a spicy, peppery flavor that was delightful.

Definitely a five out of five! I highly recommend the combination of pepperjack and arugula.
