Burger 16 - The Daniel

When I texted Daniel and asked him to describe the perfect Burger, this is what he said:

I really love brioche buns. Smash burger with cheese, onion, and bacon. Mayo and mustard.

Mustner and cooked onion.

I used 80/20 grass fed ground beef, and I was able to find gluten-free brioche buns (Schar brand and not bad.)

The more burgers I cook, the more I realize high-quality ingredients are important.
